The operation of duplicate Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
jil90 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account without being required to provide a reason, at its sole and absolute discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jil90 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes associated with your Account. jil90 will never request your password via any channel, including email, chat, or telephone.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds. jil90 reserves the right to request evidence confirming the source of any deposit.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balances are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server interruptions, disconnections, or software errors — jil90 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil90 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach, jil90 will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to jil90. Bonus Balances are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.
A Player may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting jil90 Customer Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in accordance with standard processing timelines after Account closure.
All content on the jil90 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, software, and the compilation and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of jil90 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from the jil90 Platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use in the ordinary course of accessing the Platform's services.
The jil90 trademark, logo, and brand name are the exclusive property of jil90. Unauthorized use of the jil90 brand in any form — including in domain names, social media handles, or advertising materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jil90, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
jil90's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits jil90's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. jil90 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect each amendment. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jil90's Customer Support team. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
